ما هو اختبار طرد البالون وعلاجه؟
اختبار طرد البالون والعلاج يتم استخدامه للتشخيص في المرضى الذين يعانون من التغوط dissynergic (التغوط غير التكيفي)، وخاصة الإمساك بسبب أي سبب. يستخدم علاج طرد البالون أيضا في العلاج السلوكي للمرضى.
كيفية تطبيق؟
كيف يتم إجراء اختبار طرد البالون والعلاج؟
يتم إدخال البالون في نهاية القسطرة في المستقيم. بعد نفخ البالون بكمية معينة من الهواء أو الماء الدافئ، يتم إدخاله في المستقيم للمريض ويطلب من المريض دفعه للخارج.
عادة، يجب أن يكون البالون المنفوخ مع 40 سم مكعب من الهواء قادرا على إزالته في 1-5 دقيقة مع الإجهاد. ويلاحظ الوقت الذي يمكن للمريض أو لا يمكن إزالة البالون.
