ما هي طرق علاج التهاب القولون عند الأطفال؟
علاج التهاب القصيبات هو أعراض، أي يهدف إلى تخفيف الأعراض.
يجب أن يشرب الطفل الكثير من السوائل (بعد 6 أشهر)، ويمكن إعطاء قطرات الأنف لإزالة المخاط، ويمكن إعطاء العلاج بالبخار عند الضرورة. يمكن ترطيب الجهاز التنفسي بالبخار البارد من على بعد متر واحد من السرير.
إذا استمرت الحمى لفترة طويلة ولم تتحسن الأعراض الأخرى، فقد تضاف المضادات الحيوية إلى العلاج بالنظر إلى وجود عدوى بكتيرية تعقد التهاب القصيبات، أي تتطور على خلفية التهاب القصيبات. لا تستخدم المضادات الحيوية إلا إذا اشتبه في وجود عدوى بكتيرية.
