تنظير القولون
يستخدم Colonoscopyis في فحص سرطان القولون والمستقيم في فحص الشكاوى أو النتائج المتعلقة بالأمعاء. تنظير القولون يطلق عليه عملية الفحص التي تبدأ من فتحة الشرج بجهاز طبي (منظار القولون) مع كاميرا وضوء في النهاية، والتي يمكن ثنيها، حول سمك إصبع الإنسان، من أجل فحص الأمعاء الغليظة. يتم استخدامه في فحص سرطان القولون والمستقيم لفحص الشكاوى أو النتائج المتعلقة بالأمعاء.
قبل يوم إلى يومين من إجراء Colonoscopyprocedure (وفقا لبطن المتخصص)، يجب تغذية المريض بنظام غذائي مائي وناعم وفي الوقت نفسه، يجب عليه تناول أدوية التطهير المعوي (الملينة) قبل الإجراء حسب توجيهات الطبيب. يطلب من المريض أن يكون جائعا في الطريق إلى الإجراء ويطلب منه التوقف عن مخففات الدم (مثل الأسبرين، الهيبارين، الكومادين)، إن أمكن، 4-5 أيام إلى 1 أسبوع قبل الإجراء. يجب شرح المعلومات حول النظام الغذائي الذي سيتم تطبيقه قبل الإجراء، واستخدام الأدوية ومعلومات التحذير حول الأدوية التي سيتم إيقافها للمرضى من قبل الوحدة التي يتم فيها إعطاء الموعد للمريض، الطبيب الخاص بالمريض أو موظفي وحدة التنظير.
كيفية تطبيق؟
يبدأ الفحص بالمريض مستلقيا على جانبه الأيسر مع سحب كلا الساقين نحو الصدر. يتم إعطاء المريض تخدير سطحي، مما يدفع إلى النوم العميق، في حضور طبيب التخدير.
