ما هي متلازمة Crush Syndrome؟
سحق Syndrome هو حالة طبية التي تحدث نتيجة للسحق، والاصطدامات، كهف في الداخل، والآثار والشد متلازمة كراش لفترات طويلة. متلازمة السحق هي حالة تؤثر على العديد من الأنسجة والأعضاء بسبب تلف العضلات الناجم عن التأثيرات المؤلمة والجمود المطول. السوائل وبعض البروتينات وبعض الأيونات مثل البوتاسيوم، والتي يجب أن تكون موجودة في خلايا العضلات السليمة، تخرج من الأنسجة العضلية مع تدمير هذه العضلات بعد الصدمة وتمرر إلى الدورة الدموية. هذه المواد، التي عادة لا ينبغي أن تكون موجودة في الدورة الدموية أو يجب أن تكون موجودة في تركيزات مختلفة، تتراكم في العديد من الأعضاء والأنسجة، وخاصة القلب والكلى، مما تسبب في أضرار مختلفة. في حين أن انخفاض ضغط الدم والقصور القلبي وفشل الجهاز التنفسي والصدمة شائعة في الأشخاص الذين يعانون من متلازمة Crush، يمكن أن تحدث أيضا حالات تهدد الحياة مثل الفشل الكلوي الحاد وعدم انتظام ضربات القلب.
