نيو ساوث ويلز أصبح NSTHAS وسيلة لا غنى عنها في متابعة الحمل، وخاصة في السنوات الأخيرة.
تصوير القلب (Cardiotocography = القلب، Toko = انكماش الرحم)، أو “Toko” لفترة قصيرة، هو اختبار يقيم رفاهية الطفل بناء على مسار نبضات قلب الطفل وعلاقته بحركات الطفل وتقلصات، إن وجدت. كما أنها تستخدم لنفس الأغراض أثناء العمل.
كيف يتم تنفيذ NST؟
يحتوي الجهاز على اثنين من نصائح الاستقبال، تسمى “المسابير”، والتي يتم تثبيتها على بطن المرأة الحامل. يكتشف أحد المجسات انقباضات الرحم (تقلص الرحم) والآخر يكتشف أصوات قلب الطفل. يتم نقل الانقباضات التي تم اكتشافها وأصوات القلب بواسطة الجهاز إلى ورقة رسم بياني.
