• If your primary physician forbids visitors and/or companions for the sake of your patient’s health, please comply with this rule.
  • Children younger than 7 years of age should not be allowed at inpatient clinics, while this age limit is 16 for intensive care units.
  • Please remember that maximum two visitors should be allowed in patient’s room at the same time and the visit should be restricted to 10 minutes for our patients’ health.
  • For the patients at intensive care unit, please call the patient’s nurse using the phone at the entrance of the unit. You can be allowed to visit your patient if there is no medical contraindication and the patient and intensive care environment are suitable for your visit. Consider the visit rules and relevant details that are instructed when you are allowed to enter the unit.
  • People with fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting and infectious dermatitis are not allowed to visit their patients.
  • Visiting procedures can be restricted in case of an epidemic.
  • Wash your hands or use the hand disinfectant in the area before and after the visit.
  • Follow the instructions of our health professionals when visiting the isolated patients.
  • Do not contact to other patients and patient care materials.
  • Be careful about privacy of patients and family members during your visit.
  • Try not to cry, shout or any similar behavior that reflect your emotional status near our patients (as it will be harmful for them).
  • Please do not bring or accept foods-drinks to help protection of our patients’ health.
  • Planted flowers are not accepted to patient rooms due to risk of infections. Planted flowers sent for the patient will be delivered at the discharge stage.
  • Do not use your mobile phone in places where there is medical equipment.
  • Do not use water heaters etc. in patient rooms as they can cause technical problems.
  • Do not speak loudly.
  • Pets are not allowed at our hospitals, please do not bring.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden at our hospitals, excluding designated areas.
  • A companion is regarded as a visitor who is in the patient’s room after 22:00. The patients can have only one companion in all rooms.
