Ingredienti
Mezzo chilo di acciughe 2 cipolle medie 2 pomodori medi succo di 1 limone 1 cucchiaio di olio d’oliva Pepe Nero
Preparazione
Smistate, lavate e scolate le acciughe. Mettere le cipolle tagliate a rondelle nella pirofila e cospargere di pepe nero. Disporre le acciughe una accanto all’altra e disporre sopra i pomodori tagliati ad anelli. Frullare il succo di limone, l’olio d’oliva e il pepe nero e versarvi sopra il pesce. Cuocere in forno a 175 gradi per 25 minuti. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
