Ingredientes
Medio kilo de anchoas 2 cebollas medianas 2 tomates medianos jugo de 1 limón 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva Pimienta Negra
Preparación
Ordenar, lavar y escurrir las anchoas. Colocar las cebollas cortadas en aros grandes en la fuente del horno y espolvorear con pimienta negra.
Coloque las anchoas una al lado de la otra y coloque los tomates cortados en aros encima. Batir el jugo de limón, aceite de oliva y pimienta negra y verter sobre el pescado. Hornear en un horno de 175 grados durante 25 minutos. Disfruta de tu comida.
