Ingrédients Un demi kilo d’anchois 2 oignons moyens 2 tomates moyennes jus de 1 citron 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive Poivre noir
Préparation Trier, laver et égoutter les anchois. Placez les oignons coupés en gros anneaux dans le plat du four et saupoudrez de poivre noir.
Placez les anchois côte à côte et placez les tomates coupées en rondelles sur le dessus. Fouetter le jus de citron, l’huile d’olive et le poivre noir et verser sur le poisson. Cuire au four à 175 degrés pendant 25 minutes. Bon repas.
