2 mele Mezzo limone Quanta cannella ti piace
Preparazione
Affettare le mele sottilmente. Spruzzare il succo di limone su di loro e stenderlo sulla superficie con il dito. Il limone eviterà che le mele si scuriscano. Metterli su un vassoio con carta oleata e cospargerli di cannella.
Cuocere in forno a 100 gradi per 1 ora. Preferibilmente farlo di notte, se le mele rimangono in forno tutta la notte di raffreddamento da soli, saranno croccanti. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
