Mezzo kg di cavolfiore Mezzo kg di broccoli Mezzo kg di cavoletti di Bruxelles Tanto aglio in polvere quanto vuoi 1 cucchiaio di semi di sesamo 3 cucchiai di olio d’oliva 1 cucchiaino di sale, Tanto pepe nero quanto vuoi Tanto pepe rosso in polvere quanto vuoi
Preparazione
Ordinare e lavare le verdure e tagliarle a piccoli pezzi. Aggiungere l’olio d’oliva e mescolare bene. Aggiunga il sale, il pepe e la paprica e la diffusione su un foglio di cottura al forno. Aggiungere aglio in polvere e semi di sesamo. Cuocere in forno a 200 gradi per 20 minuti. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
