Ingredientes

4 cucharadas de yogur ligero 2 cucharadas soperas de avena 5 fresas 1 cucharada de té de cacao 3 nueces

Preparación

Pon las fresas en una licuadora. Tritura las nueces en un procesador de alimentos o tritúralas hasta obtener un polvo fino. Mezclar las fresas y las nueces con todos los demás ingredientes, ponerlos en moldes de helado o en una bandeja y congelar. Bon appetit.
