Ingredienti
Mezzo bicchiere di nocciola Mezzo bicchiere di noce 10 piccoli appuntamenti 6 fichi secchi 1 tazza di tè senza glutine avena 1 cucchiaino di cannella 1 cucchiaio pieno di polvere di cocco 3 cucchiai di acqua
Preparazione
Prima immergere le date in acqua calda per 10-15 minuti. Quindi rimuovere i semi dalle date e passarli attraverso un robot da cucina.
Tritare le nocciole e le noci a caso in piccoli pezzi. Quindi aggiungere nocciole, noci, cannella, avena, cocco e acqua alle date.
Infine, tagliare i fichi a cubetti, aggiungerli al composto e impastare. Premere il composto in un piatto rettangolare rivestito con carta da forno. Conservare in frigorifero per mezz’ora, quindi affettare e consumare. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
