1 puñado de almendras crudas 100 g de castaña 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco 1 cucharadita de cacao
Preparación
Lavar y hervir las castañas. Mezclar todos los ingredientes junto con las castañas peladas, añadiendo agua si es necesario.
Enrolle en bolas pequeñas y refrigere durante aproximadamente 2 horas. Su merienda saludable está lista.
