Ingredienti
1 grande banana matura 1 avocado maturo 3 cucchiai di cacao (4 cucchiai se lo vuoi più scuro) 1 cucchiaio di miele 1 cucchiaio di vaniglia non zuccherata (opzionale)
Preparazione
Tagliare l’avocado a metà e rimuovere la fossa. Separare l’interno dalla buccia con un cucchiaio.
Frullare insieme alla banana fino a raggiungere una consistenza liscia. Metterlo in una ciotola profonda e aggiungere cacao, miele e vaniglia e mescolare. Versare tutti gli ingredienti mescolati in ciotole e metterli in frigorifero per raffreddare. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
