2 caballas 10 ramitas de perejil Medio limón 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
Preparación
Después de limpiar el interior de la caballa, a partir de la parte de la cola con la ayuda de un cuchillo, cortarlo por la mitad como un filete longitudinalmente hacia la cabeza, paralelo a los huesos.
Engrasar con aceite de oliva y cocinar al revés en la parrilla. Después de cocinar, se puede servir con perejil y limón. Disfruta de tu comida.
