Ingredientes
2 manzanas Medio limón Tanta canela como quieras
Preparación
Corta las manzanas en rodajas finas. Rocíe jugo de limón sobre ellos y extenderlo sobre la
superficie con el dedo. El limón evitará que las manzanas se oscurezcan. Colócalas en una bandeja con papel a prueba de grasa y espolvorea con canela.
Hornear en un horno de 100 grados durante 1 hora. Preferiblemente hacerlo por la noche, si las manzanas se quedan en el horno toda la noche enfriándose por su cuenta, estarán crujientes. Disfruta de tu comida.
