If visitors and/or companions are prohibited by our physician for the health of your patient, please take care to comply with this.
Do not bring children under the age of 7 to inpatient floors and children under the age of 16 to intensive care units. For the health of our patients, please make sure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time and that the duration of the visit is limited to 10 minutes.
To visit patients in intensive care, please contact the patient’s nurse via the phone at the entrance of the unit.
If there is no medical contraindication and the patient and intensive care environment are suitable, you may be allowed in. Please pay attention to the information about the visiting rules during the entrance.
People with fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhea, vomiting and infectious dermatitis are not accepted as visitors.
Visitors may be restricted in case of an outbreak in the community.
Wash your hands before and after the visit or use the hand sanitizer in the area.
Follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals when visiting patients in isolation.
Do not touch patients and patient care materials other than your own patient.
Pay attention to the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.
Be careful not to engage in behaviors such as crying or shouting that reflect your emotional state in the presence of our patients (as it may harm them).
To protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.
Flowers with soil are not accepted in patient rooms due to the risk of infection. Flowers with soil on behalf of the patient will be delivered to the patient upon discharge.
Please do not use cell phones in areas with medical equipment.
Do not use devices such as water heaters etc. in patient rooms as they may cause technical problems.
Do not speak loudly. Pets are not allowed in our hospitals, please do not bring them.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospitals, except in designated areas.
Visitors in the room after 22:00 are accepted as companions. Only 1 companion can accompany our patients in all rooms.
