Before scheduling your appointment, we require your medical records, including doctor’s notes, radiology images, pathology reports, surgical reports, and lab results. If your records are not in English, they must be professionally translated before submission.

Step 3: Medical records review
Our medical team will review your records to determine if Acıbadem offers treatments that may benefit you.
Step 4: Financial clearance
Once accepted for care at Acıbadem, you will receive an estimate of charges. Payment must be made in full or verified by an insurance plan accepted by Acıbadem Health Group before receiving care. Please note that U.S. medical care may incur significant costs.
Step 5: Appointment scheduling
Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your appointment or hospital stay. Please note that appointments cannot be scheduled without advance payment.
