Ingredientes
4 albaricoques secos 3 fechas Pasas de uva de vidrio de té, 2 cucharadas soperas de yogur 1 huevo Media taza de té de aceite de oliva 100 g de muesli de fruta 1 cucharada de harina integral
Preparación
Picar los albaricoques y dátiles en trozos pequeños. Mezclar todos los ingredientes y amasar. Forma la mezcla en piezas de tamaño pelota de ping pong. Colócalas en la bandeja donde esparces el papel a prueba de grasa. Hornear en un horno de 200 grados durante 15 minutos. Disfruta de tu comida.
