Préparation Faites tremper les fruits secs dans de l’eau jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tendres. Mettre les noisettes dans un robot. N’ajoutez pas d’huile supplémentaire au gâteau car l’huile de noisette en sortira également.
Passez tous les ingrédients au robot. En option, vous pouvez ajouter 1-2 cuillères à soupe de mélasse de caroube. Diviser le mélange dans des moules à muffins. Cuire au four à 180 degrés pendant 20-25 minutes. Bon repas.
