Ingredientes
1 taza de yogur Medio vaso de yogur colado 8-10 fresas Medio durazno Medio vaso de nuez molida 1 paquete de chocolate negro (sin azúcar añadido)
Preparación
Batir el yogur y el yogur colado. Pica las fresas y los melocotones en trozos pequeños. Agregue las nueces molidas y el chocolate negro en trozos pequeños y envuélvalas en película adhesiva o viértalas en un recipiente para helados.
Guárdelo en el congelador durante 3-4 horas. Tu helado está listo. Disfruta de tu comida.
