Ingredienti
2 lattuga iceberg 4 rametti di cipollotto Mezzo mazzo di aneto 50-70 grammi di formaggio feta magro
Per la salsa
30 grammi di scalogno 50 ml di aceto 1 cucchiaino di sale 1,5 cucchiaino di timo essiccato 120 ml di olio d’oliva
Preparazione
Rimuovere le foglie esterne dalla lattuga Iceberg e lavare le altre foglie. In primo luogo, preparare il condimento per l’insalata in un piccolo vaso. Tritare finemente gli scalogni e mescolare con aceto e sale. Lasciare ammorbidire le cipolle per 15 minuti.
Quindi aggiungere timo e olio d’oliva alle cipolle e agitare. Tagliare le foglie di lattuga lavate e asciugate in fette sottili e lunghe. Agitare la salsa una volta prima di versarla sulla lattuga.Insalata di lattuga iceberg
