Ingredienti
Mezzo chilo di porro 1 cucchiaio di olio d’oliva 5 spicchi d’aglio 1 tazza di yogurt Un cucchiaino di sale Mezzo cucchiaino di pepe nero
Preparazione
Lavare i porri e tagliarli sottilmente. Fate bollire i porri in una pentola. Dopo aver scolato i porri lessati, rimetteteli in padella con l’olio e fate cuocere fino a quando l’olio non viene assorbito.
Si può mettere lo yogurt all’aglio su di esso e servire. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
