Succo di 2 limoni 1 scorza di limone 1 cucchiaio di miele 1 fetta di anguria 1 mela di medie dimensioni 4 bicchieri d’acqua

Preparazione

Tritare tutti gli ingredienti tranne l’acqua in una ciotola e frullarli tutti. Filtrare il composto attraverso un colino fine o garza. Mescolare con acqua e servire. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
