Pane di porri Il pane può essere una buona opzione per coloro che preferiscono non consumare porri come pasto. Provate questa ricetta di pane al porro ricco di vitamine.

Ingredienti 

3 cucchiai di yogurt 1 cucchiaio di zucchero di canna 1 cucchiaino di sale 1 confezione di lievito in polvere 4-5 rametti di porro 1 tazza di acqua calda 1 o 1,5 tazze di farina di mais (a seconda della consistenza) Mezzo bicchiere di tè di olio d’oliva

Preparazione 

Mescolare lo yogurt in una ciotola. Aggiungere l’olio di oliva. Aggiungere sale, zucchero e lievito. Tritare i porri e tostarli in una padella separata fino a quando l’acqua viene assorbita. Aggiungere i porri tostati a questa miscela. Aggiungere 1 bicchiere di acqua calda e mescolare bene. Infine aggiungere la farina di mais secondo la consistenza. Quando ha la consistenza di una torta, stenderla sul vassoio. Cuocere in forno a 190 gradi per 30-40 minuti. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
