Patatas fritas en el horno La manera de consumir papas fritas de una manera saludable es cocinarlas en el horno. Consuma este vegetal con almidón con moderación.
Ingredientes
3 patatas grandes 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva 1 cucharadita de sal
Preparación
Calentar el horno a 230 grados. Cortar las patatas peladas y lavadas en rodajas gruesas dedo meñique. Pon las patatas en un tazón grande. Añadir el aceite y la sal y mezclar. Forra una bandeja grande para hornear con papel a prueba de grasa. Coloque las patatas en una sola capa para que no se superpongan entre sí.
Hornear las patatas durante unos 35 minutos hasta que estén doradas y crujientes. Retire las patatas cocidas a un plato con una espátula. Disfruta de tu comida.
