3 patate grandi 2 cucchiai di olio d’oliva 1 cucchiaino di sale
Preparazione
Riscaldare il forno a 230 gradi. Tagliare le patate sbucciate e lavate in fette spesse dito mignolo. Mettere le patate in una ciotola grande. Aggiungere l’olio e il sale e mescolare. Foderare una grande teglia con carta da forno. Disporre le patate in un unico strato in modo che non si sovrappongano.
Cuocere le patate per circa 35 minuti fino a doratura e croccante. Togliere le patate cotte in un piatto con una spatola. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
