Preparazione
Irrorare il pesce azzurro con olio d’oliva. Tagliare la patata in forma di mezza luna e posto nella casseruola Tagliate mezzo limone ad anelli e mettetelo sopra le patate. Posizionare il pesce azzurro uno di fronte all’altro. Affettare il pomodoro in 4 pezzi e mettere. Tagliare i peperoni in anelli e metterli in casseruola. Aggiungere l’acqua e mettere in forno.
