Ingredienti 

3 tazze di farina integrale 1/2 confezione di lievito secco Quanta acqua calda ci vuole 1 cucchiaino di zucchero semolato 1 cucchiaino di sale 1 cucchiaio di olio 1 cucchiaio di acqua 2-3 tuorli d’uovo Semi di nigella o di sesamo

Preparazione 

Setacciare la farina e metterla in una ciotola. Mettere il lievito, zucchero, sale e olio su di esso. Aggiungere l’acqua calda poco a poco. Diventerà una consistenza morbida che non si attacca alla mano.
