Prurito anale (prurito anale) Cos’è il prurito anale? Il prurito anale (prurito) è spesso un problema cronico nella zona rettale. Possono essere necessari vari metodi diagnostici come anoscopia, rettaoscopia, sigmoidoscopia, colonscopia, analisi delle feci, biopsia cutanea o test allergologici.
Metodi di trattamento Come trattare il prurito anale?
Il primo passo nel trattamento è cercare cause sottostanti, come i parassiti. Se non è possibile identificare tale causa di fondo, occorre attuare una strategia di trattamento sfaccettata basata sui risultati di altri test. Questi includono; dieta speciale, bagno, pomata, trattamento fungino se necessario. Nel trattamento, steroidi/ cortisone creme possono essere utilizzati per un tempo molto breve. Possono essere utilizzate anche pomate di ossido di zinco.
