Rectocele (Intestinal Hernia)
يحدث الفتق المعوي، أي الفتق المعوي، عندما تتمزق الطبقة بين الجزء الأخير من الأمعاء والأعضاء الموجودةRectocele (Intestinal Hernia) أمامها (المهبل عند النساء والمثانة عند الرجال)/ ترتخي وتفتق الأمعاء تجاه هذه الأعضاء مع الإجهاد.

أساليب التشخيص

أساليب العلاج

في هذه الطريقة، يتم وضع شبكة (شبكة) في المنطقة بين عنق الرحم وفتح المستقيم. نظرا لأن هبوط أعضاء الحوض الأخرى (السيستوسيل، enterocele، إلخ) يمكن رؤيته في كثير من الأحيان في المرضى الذين يعانون من ريكتوسيل، يتم اتخاذ قرار جراحي نتيجة لنهج شامل.
