1 radice di zenzero fresco 1 arancia 1 cucchiaino di miele Limone

Preparazione

Grattugiare lo zenzero radice fresca o tagliarlo a anelli e aggiungerlo all’acqua bollente. Dopo aver bollito insieme per 10 minuti, togliere dal fuoco. Spremere l’arancia e aggiungerla a questa miscela. Si può aromatizzare con limone o miele, se lo si desidera. Godetevi il vostro pasto.
