Dopo aver aggiunto il latte, aggiungere 5 tazze di acqua calda. Aggiungere lentamente 1 tuorlo d’uovo mescolato con la farina e portare ad ebollizione. Se necessario, aggiungere olio d’oliva, sale e pepe nero prima di togliere dal fuoco dopo aver portato la consistenza al livello desiderato con acqua calda.
